Shipping

The parcels are entrusted to the courier and are delivered within 24-48 hours (Sardinia and Sicily, 48-72 hours).

Shipping costs are:

- 5€ for Italy
- €6.95 for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Hungary, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Shipping is always free for orders over €50 for EU countries (excluding UK and CH)

Right of withdrawal

Sales of products via the Internet are regulated in Articles 50 to 68 (“distance contracts”) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, that is: in the absence of the original packaging or in the presence of evident damaged parts.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 10 days of receipt of the purchased goods, a written communication to the headquarters of CDP SRL in via S.Maria 60, loc. Parabiago (MI), CAP 20015 by email to customer@rede.it.

The communication can be sent within the same deadline by calling +39 0331550220.

If the buyer has already received delivery of the product, he is required to return it at his own expense to CDP SRL, sending it no later than 10 days from receipt to the headquarters located in Parabiago (MI) in Via S. Maria 60 CAP 20015.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer in accordance with the provisions referred to above, CDP SRL will refund the sums paid by the consumer within 30 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Refund of payments

CDP SRL credits the refund in the currency of the original payment, applying the same exchange rate as the original payment.

For payments made using the PayPal circuit, CDP SRL credits the refund via bank transfer.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
