Terms of Sale
A) How to use With the “Shop on line” service, you can order the purchase of the goods displayed on the site directly from the internet, following the simple procedure illustrated below:
1) Product selection
Once you have added the selected items to your shopping cart, you will need to enter your details in the appropriate spaces to register your account. The products will be sent exclusively if the order is accepted by CDP SRL and, in any case, only after payment, via PayPal and Banca Sella, of the price of the requested goods. Payment by credit card is safe. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by the use of the PayPal system and by Banca Sella. This system allows you to make transactions without sharing your card details with the final recipient of the payment.
2) Registration
To complete a purchase you must register on our site by entering some information:
Name
Surname
E-mail
Password
Address / Postcode / City
Useful for issuing the invoice and delivering the selected goods. The data provided will be stored: for subsequent purchases after the first, it will be sufficient to enter your e-mail address and Password to send new orders without repeating the registration procedure. This data is stored at ARUBA – Località Palazzetto, 4 52011 Bibbiena Stazione (AR).
In compliance with the provisions of the current legislation on privacy (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and can be modified by the Customer at any time by clicking on the "My account" link located in the navigation bar.
Registration does not oblige the Customer to purchase any product and is requested after the Customer has inserted at least one product in the link called “Cart” and has selected the “continue” option. This procedure allows access to the identification page: new customers will be asked to register on the site (by filling out the appropriate registration form) to proceed with their order; for users who have already registered, it will be sufficient to enter their e-mail address and Password to be able to place new orders.
Only registered users have the right to receive, at their own discretion, the company newsletter regarding exclusive promotions and all information relating to news concerning the products marketed.
3) Purchase confirmation
Once you have registered your account and completed the order procedure, you will receive an email summarizing your order as well as confirming all the information relating to the discipline of purchases with the CDP SRL online shop service, (CDP SRL assumes no responsibility for incorrect indication of data by the user).
4) Payment for products
Once the order has been confirmed, to complete the sales contract and obtain the desired products, you will proceed to make the payment with the methods indicated above for the goods ordered and, within 7 working days (term referring to deliveries to be made within the national territory and except for the times strictly necessary for the supply of the goods in the event of stocks running out) you will receive the requested items at the address indicated by you: with a specific email you will be confirmed that the goods ordered have been shipped.
B) Other Provisions
1) Applicable law and referral
Each purchase contract in the CDP SRL online shop is governed by Italian law. For anything not explicitly governed by these provisions, reference is made to the provisions of the Civil Code and, where applicable, to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005.
2) Exclusive competent court
Where the purchaser does not qualify as a consumer pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, any dispute directly or indirectly related to the purchase of products in the CDP SRL online shop will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, with the express exclusion of any other Court.

- Have you forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password and remember your email address, click on “My Account” in the navigation bar at the top of the screen, then click “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address you registered with.
You will receive a temporary password by email: use it to enter "Your data". The "Change Password" window will open, in which you will be asked to choose a new password and, once typed and confirmed, you will enter "Change registration data", where you will be asked to confirm the data entered and to re-type the chosen password.
